I was sad to learn of the death, at the age of 106, of Mexican actress Lupita Tovar. She was one of the last living people who appeared in a silent movie as an adult. She is most famous in the US for appearing in the Spanish language version of
Drácula, which was shot at the same time as the Bela Lugosi version.
